Job Description:
As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting eyewear, providing product information, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in choosing eyeglasses and contact lenses based on their prescription and style preferences.
Provide expert advice on lens options, coatings, and frame materials.
Conduct eye measurements for the right frames.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain a neat and organized store appearance, including merchandising displays.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and optical technology.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
Tertiary level education
Previous experience in retail sales environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
