Bank of Saint Lucia Limited is a dynamic and professional financial services institution that is currently seeking applications for suitably qualified individuals to fill the following position of: Senior Manager – Marketing & Corporate Communications

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY


The Senior Manager – Marketing & Corporate Communications contributes to the Bank’s strategic planning, strategy execution and directs the execution of the Bank’s strategic marketing and corporate communications plan; has overall responsibility for the planning, directing, and coordinating of marketing, public relations and corporate communications initiatives for the Bank.


QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications & Media Studies.

  • Master's Degree in marketing or a Masters of Business Administration is highly desirable.

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ proven experience in marketing within the financial services industry or Business Development.

  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a Management position of a similar organization.

  • Membership with relevant professional body.

  • Knowledge of economics, marketing and communication strategies and associated platforms.
