Bank of Saint Lucia Limited is a dynamic and professional financial services institution that is currently seeking applications for suitably qualified individuals to fill the following position of: Senior Manager – Marketing & Corporate Communications
The Senior Manager – Marketing & Corporate Communications contributes to the Bank’s strategic planning, strategy execution and directs the execution of the Bank’s strategic marketing and corporate communications plan; has overall responsibility for the planning, directing, and coordinating of marketing, public relations and corporate communications initiatives for the Bank.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications & Media Studies.
Master's Degree in marketing or a Masters of Business Administration is highly desirable.
Minimum of three (3) years’ proven experience in marketing within the financial services industry or Business Development.
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a Management position of a similar organization.
Membership with relevant professional body.
Knowledge of economics, marketing and communication strategies and associated platforms.
Exceptional leadership and management skills with a focus on securing new strategic partnerships, business planning and financial management.
Excellent communication, people management and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build strong business relationships, foster stakeholder engagement and drive a culture of collaboration, creativity and innovation.
Proven track record of results orientation and drive to achieve key performance indicators.
Customer focused. Responsive to customer needs.
Adapts to change in the work environment; Manages competing demands; Changes approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
