Boslil Bank Limited is looking to fill the role of Assistant Manager—Human Resource
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY
The Assistant Manager, Human Resource will provide Administrative and HR support to the Senior Manager, HR Shared Services. The HR Generalist will be responsible for the operational human resource management support to the management and staff by partnering with the business units and fostering strong internal relationships. He/she will be charged with delivering exceptional service resulting in positive engagement and satisfaction of the team.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that the company’s HR operational policies and processes are adhered to by employees. Assist in developing and reviewing policies to facilitate and support operational effectiveness.
Supports and manages the work programme of HR through coaching, and mentoring to drive productivity for the achievement of targets and gaols.
Supports the timely workflow process through the different stages of Talent Acquisition including but not limited to screening, scheduling interviews, pre employment verifications and on boarding while ensuring compliance with all standard operating procedures.
Assist with the coordination of all staff training and development programmes that will enhance the achievement of company objectives.
Monitor the Performance Management Process to ensure compliance. Provide quarterly reports as and when required. Update the PM System in a timely manner.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
Assist in planning and coordinating all staff activities and other company functions in a timely manner.
Records Management– maintain complete and accurate employee records whilst preserving high levels of confidentiality.
Execution of all payroll related activities for all employees for approval and on time payments monthly.
Ensure proper execution of all staff movements including promotions and transfers.
Administration of all employee benefits programmes including but not limited to Group Health and Medical, Pension and all Leave.
Supports the HR Unit with the management of grievances and disciplinary issues in conjunction with labour laws.
Recommend and implement strategies to enhance HR services and employee engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
2-4 years’ of relevant professional experience.
Strong knowledge and understating of the Labour Act and its amendments.
