We are recruiting an experienced, engaging, and results-oriented Human Resources Manager to provide support, leadership and guidance to the office.


Responsibilities:

  • A Human Resources Manager must be able to analyses and present information in such a way that is understood by everyone within the organization from the Chairman to the cleaning staff.

  • Oversee hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, performing reference checks, scheduling interviews, pre-employment tests, verify results and organize training & development initiatives.

  • Facilitate new hire orientation and assist new employees with the on-boarding and ensure proper completion of all required documents.

  • On-boarding/Off-boarding: Conduct new hire onboard/orientation and exit interview and undertake tasks around performance management.

  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

  • Explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees and maintain compliance with local Labour Code, benefits laws and regulations.

  • Address any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations.

  • Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruiting, training, grievances, performance evaluations, terminations, and classifications.

  • Work in liaison with Accounting Department to process weekly and monthly payroll including pay increases, new hires, incentive pay, etc.

  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.


Preferred Skills:


  • BSc/BA in Human Resource Management or relevant field.

  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.

  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems.

  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resource Management.

  • Exceptional recruiting and employee retention skills.

  • Exceptional organization skills and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone and e-mail etiquette.

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent presentation and computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook.

  • Key characteristics: organized, energetic, persuasive, dependable, good listener, professional, attention to detail and collaborative spirit.
