Position: Kitchen Trainees/ Apprentice Cooks

Position Summary: 

Start your culinary journey with a dynamic team where passion meets excellence. We are seeking motivated  individuals with a strong interest in cooking who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced resort kitchen  environment. No prior professional experience required, just a positive attitude and willingness to develop your  skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist with basic food preparation and mise en place 

• Support chefs with daily kitchen tasks 

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations 

• Always Follow food safety and hygiene standards 

• Help with receiving and storing deliveries 

• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of food items 

• Perform additional duties as assigned 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• High school education or equivalent 

• Basic communication skills (written and verbal) 

• Willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field 

• Passion for cooking and a strong desire to learn 

• Positive attitude and willingness to take direction 

• Strong attendance and reliability 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality 

• Team-oriented mindset
