Peter Holdings Limited, a leading automotive dealership representing Nissan, GAC and Chery Brands invites suitably qualified and motivated individuals to apply for the position of Workshop Supervisor within our Service Department.


KEY FUNCTIONS

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assigning and distributing repair orders to technicians to ensure equitable workload distribution and maximum productivity.

  • Monitoring and updating the status of jobs within the Dealer Management

    System and ensuring efficient workflow control. 

  • Coordinating repair and maintenance activities and ensuring

    work commences within established timeframes. 

  • Assisting with the preparation of repair estimates and coordinating

    the timely ordering of parts. 

  • Monitoring work-in-progress and ensuring repairs are completed in an

    efficient and timely manner. 

  • Issuing, tracking, and maintaining records of special tools and workshop

    equipment. 

  • Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of tools and equipment and reporting

    malfunctions or damage. 

  • Establishing and monitoring workshop cleaning schedules to ensure high

    standards of housekeeping and safety. 

  • Performing any other related duties as assigned by the Service Manager

    or Service Management Team. 


Educational and Skill Requirements

  • Associate Degree or Certificate in Automotive Technology, Mechanical

    Engineering, Logistics Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in an automotive workshop

    environment.

  • Sound knowledge of vehicle repair processes and workshop operations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computerized workshop

    management systems.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • A valid drivers license is required.

  • Knowledge of Nissan, GAC and Chery, or other automotive brands would

    be an asset.
