Opportunity for applicant aged over 25 years at St Lucia Homes
St Lucia Homes is a steadily growing real estate company, locally and regionally.
The Team needs to employ a dynamic person (male or female) who can work both in office, and with local and international sellers and buyers, to ensure a smooth, organised operation for the realtor team to function efficiently, for viewings and follow up to clients on information.
Dealing efficiently with client enquiries by phone and email, and what’s app will be an essential part of the job.
A self motivated person who can both show initiative but has no problem, taking direction when necessary.
Ability both to work independently and be part of a Team
Self motivated, keen to learn and very organised.
Ability to drive would be an advantage
Skills on social media would be an advantage
Computer skills essential
Excellent written English essential
Previous knowledge in Real estate would be useful
The working week is 40 hours but this may involve some weekend work.
The office location is in the North of the Island, so easy commuting distance is essential.
