Stonefield Villa Resort - Night Auditor

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. If you enjoy working independently, providing excellent guest service, and handling overnight hotel operations, we would love to hear from you.

Position: Night Auditor

1. Location: Stonefield Ltd. (Sourfriere)

2. Schedule: Overnight shifts Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during overnight hours

• Handle check-ins and check-outs professionally

• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries

• Process reservations and payments

• Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports

• Perform end-of-day accounting and audit procedures

• Ensure the safety and security of guests and property

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred

• Basic accounting or cash-handling skills

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Ability to work overnight shifts independently

• Knowledge of hotel management software is an asset

• High school diploma or equivalent
