The position is based in Bois Dorange. Applications for the job must be resident in the North of the Island.

Vision Express is an optometry / ophthalmology / optical lab company based in several locations in S.t Lucia.
The company has recently located the Rodney Bay store to Orange Grove Plaza. Additional clinics / departments are being added to the new facility.

Diabetes Clinic
Dermatology
Oculoplastics
Medi Spa
Audiology
An in depth background knowledge of the company, and the services now offered, will be an essential part of marketing the Vision Express Group.
Learning and research into the company products and services will be required ( the applicant will need to spend time on developing a full understanding of all aspects of “ who we are and what we offer “
Time “ on the job “ for the first two weeks will be spent in all stores, surgery centre, optical lab and the new clinics at Orange Grove.
As an essential part of the business support team, the following skill set will be required
Brilliant, daily social media marketing skills for all sections of the company
Email and what’s app marketing , alongside development of the telesales team.
Google ads marketing
Ability to conceptualize marketing ideas and make these happen by outsourcing.
Driving license would be “ useful”
The company also advertises using, fliers, newsletters, billboards, radio, TV, websites, videos, photography, community outreach etc.
We need our “in house marketing expert” to be able outsource the above to freelance graphics persons , and accurately instruct , follow through , and budget to ensure all aspects of marketing are implemented .Plus, ensuring all freelance work is completed within an agreed time frame . An applicant with strong organizational skills will be essential.
