Bank of Saint Lucia - Assistant Manager – Card Services



The Bank of Saint Lucia Limited is a dynamic and professional financial services institution and is currently seeking applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the following position of:


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Prepare and submit reports and recommendations to Manager - Card Services on the Issuing Business.

  • Monitor cardholder day-to-day transaction reports.

  • Ensure daily reconciliation of credit card reports.

  • Manage the ordering of International Debit Card (IDC) and Credit Card plastics, Card Carriers and other controlled items needed for the Issuing Business.

  • Monitor the editing and completion of BIN Forms and any other forms for Card Products.

  • Review all management specific reports generated by 4C’s and the Bank.

  • Generate and analyse the following reports:

- Usage reports for IDC/Credit Cards

- Revenue reports for IDC/Credit Cards

  • Ensure policies and procedures for Issuing are updated as necessary.

  • Ensure Issuing Projects are completed and submitted by the stipulated deadline.

  • Post Immediate Credit Card Payments daily.

  • Maintain liaison with St. Lucia Workers’ Credit Union on the Co-Branded Cards.

  • Ensure timely invoicing and receipt of settlement from the St. Lucia Workers’ Credit Union.

  • Co-ordinate and lead projects on the growth of the Issuing Business.

  • Assist the Manager with marketing initiatives/ideas.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking or Business Administration.

  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the card payment industry

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience at a supervisory level.

  • Medium level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
