Boslil Bank Limited is currently seeking applications for suitably qualified persons to fill the following position.


CLIENT RELATIONS ASSISTANT



GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY

To form an integral part of the client relationship management process and provide professional, personal and superior quality customer service to all existing clients and prospective clients.



KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage relationships with clients, with the aim of providing excellent customer service and expanding the use of services provided by BOSLIL.

  • Processing payments

  • Facilitating the account opening process.

  • All calls and emails to be actioned each day

  • Action updates and closure requests of client accounts, as per bank’s established policy and procedure.

  • Prompt attendance to all queries and correspondence from clients and Correspondent Banks

  • Cognizant of business development opportunities and ability to refer leads to the business development unit/ department.


QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


  • Three A ‘Levels or CAPE passes in Accounting/Business/Economics/Finance/International Relations or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Two years relevant experience working in a similar environment would be desired.

  • International exposure and an understanding of international business cultures will be an asset.

  • Ability to connect and build relationships with customers.

  • Extract clients/payments reports as per request.

  • Process monthly credit card payments.

  • Ensure adherence to all Due Diligence procedures as set out in bank policies when handling transactions within Delegated Limits of Authority.

  • Inform clients of new financial products based on their financial habits and line of business.

  • Market the Bank’s products.

  • Maintenance of clients’ account records as per established policy and procedure.

  • Respond to SWIFT queries upon requests
