ECMC, a leader in providing civil and structural engineering as well as property valuation services, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support in a small, focused office environment
Assist with electronic filing and record management
Support project and business operations using project management software
Handle correspondence, scheduling, and client communications
Requirements:
Associate Degree in Business Administration (or related field)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work effectively in a quiet, structured office environment
Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
