ECMC, a leader in providing civil and structural engineering as well as property valuation services, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support in a small, focused office environment

  • Assist with electronic filing and record management

  • Support project and business operations using project management software

  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and client communications


Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration (or related field)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

  • Ability to work effectively in a quiet, structured office environment

  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
