Golden Eggs Farms Ltd. - Operations Supervisor (Apply Now!!)

Golden Eggs Farms Ltd. is currently looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee the Maintenance, Production and Inventory/Logistics Departments.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Overseeing organizational processes and operations to ensure productivity and quality.

• Assessing and analysing departmental budgets to find ways to optimise profitability.

• Developing and implementing operational procedures and policies - developing, maintaining and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each department.

• Managing departments and any assigned projects specific to those departments.

• Ensuring safety regulations and company policies are followed.

• Anticipating and addressing operational risks.

• Write reports, assist with creating budgets and planning department goals.

• Coordinating Logistics for inbound containers. 

• Any other work related assigned duties.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• BSc Business Management, Business Administration or related field

• 6 or more years of experience in an Operations Supervisory or Management position

• Demonstrated leadership skills in a manufacturing environment or related field is an asset

• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite

• Understanding of financial and budgeting processes and principles

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
