The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the company’s sales and marketing functions to drive revenue growth, strengthen market positioning, and support long-term business objectives. This role requires proven expertise in both sales management and marketing strategy, with demonstrated proficiency in leveraging HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub to optimize performance and deliver measurable results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, ensuring effective prospecting, pipeline management, and successful deal closures.

  • Design, implement, and oversee digital marketing initiatives including campaigns, lead generation, and content distribution.

  • Utilize HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub to track, analyze, and optimize sales and marketing performance.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.

  • Establish KPIs, monitor results, and prepare performance reports for executive leadership.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve departmental goals.

  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and adherence to corporate standards across all communications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.

  • Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub.

  • Strong knowledge of inbound marketing principles and digital campaign management.

  • Proven ability to lead teams and achieve business growth targets.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
