Leverage Management Consulting is currently accepting applications for the position of

Regional Human Resource Manager (RHRM).

on behalf of our client operating regionally.

Prospective candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

Skills required by the RHRM:

  • Attract, select, train, and develop key human resources personnel.

  • Provide leadership through all levels of the organization throughout the region.

  • Plan and organize various leadership and key skill development sessions for applicable employees in the region.

  • Ensure that the region’s personnel adhere to all forms of the human resources policy, as well as educate new employees on said policies.

  • Review and report on regional activities and general human resources updates to senior management.

  • Manage timely processing of transfers, promotions, training, termination, and new hires.

  • Oversee the management and administration of the HRIS and ensure timely updates and that key personnel are fully conversant with the application.

  • Investigate HR issues and enact disciplinary measures when necessary.

  • Train new employees on HR guidelines and facilitate implementation of new policies.


  • The Regional Human Resource Manager must have a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management or in a related program.

  • Should have more than (8) years’ experience in Management, Human Resources Development and or Education, with an emphasis on leading, training and guiding others and oversight of multiple areas.

  • Must have working knowledge of the Labor Codes and Laws of various Caribbean Islands – including, St Kitts & Nevis, Anguilla, Montserrat, BVI and St Lucia.

  • Ability to advise Senior Management on all matters relating Human Resources throughout the organization.

  • Must be able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must have current working knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems

  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a general understanding of the full scope of business, not just Human Resources.

  • Experience working within the Petroleum Industry will be a distinct advantage
