We are looking for a Store Manager who is results-driven with a passion for exceptional customer service and a commitment to employee engagement. Someone who is an energetic,  a hands-on sales professional with a strong desire to succeed, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is flexible to work weekends and holidays. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Champion customer service excellence and resolve issues proactively.

  • Lead, coach, train and motivate the team to consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.

  • Ensure profitability by using KPIs, sales data, and strategic planning.

  • Manage inventory efficiently, complete stock ordering and merchandising.

  • Oversee daily store operations, staff scheduling, and performance management.

  • Maintain a clean, well-presented store environment.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations. 

  • Provide accurate and routine reports on sales, inventory, staffing and otehr key metrics.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 

  • A Bachelor’s in Business with at least two years of retail leadership, leading a team of at least 20 team members or an Associate’s  Degree in Business with at least four years retail leadership, leading a team of at least 20 team members. 

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and train team members.

  • Excellent communicator with strong business acumen.

  • Flexible, organized, and ready to thrive in a dynamic setting.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using data to drive decisions.

  • Ability to work at multiple locations in the north of the island.

  • Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
