We are looking for a Store Manager who is results-driven with a passion for exceptional customer service and a commitment to employee engagement. Someone who is an energetic, a hands-on sales professional with a strong desire to succeed, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is flexible to work weekends and holidays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Champion customer service excellence and resolve issues proactively.
Lead, coach, train and motivate the team to consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Ensure profitability by using KPIs, sales data, and strategic planning.
Manage inventory efficiently, complete stock ordering and merchandising.
Oversee daily store operations, staff scheduling, and performance management.
Maintain a clean, well-presented store environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
Provide accurate and routine reports on sales, inventory, staffing and otehr key metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
A Bachelor’s in Business with at least two years of retail leadership, leading a team of at least 20 team members or an Associate’s Degree in Business with at least four years retail leadership, leading a team of at least 20 team members.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and train team members.
Excellent communicator with strong business acumen.
Flexible, organized, and ready to thrive in a dynamic setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using data to drive decisions.
Ability to work at multiple locations in the north of the island.
Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
