
Location - Vieux Fort
Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of daily cashiers report
2. Preparation of spreadsheets as required for different customers.
3. Running of errands at customs, shipping companies, bank or any other as
requested by the office.
4. Answering of telephone and directing calls as necessary.
5. Securing of cargo bookings for the different vessels that we represent.
6. Assisting customers at the front.
7. Notifying of customers that their cargo has arrived and is ready to clear giving
them the necessary information required to get their cargo.
8. Preparing of manifests for all incoming cargo for the different vessels we
represent
9. Preparing de groupage for air shipments
10. Preparation of other documents to include out of charge notes for customers
11. Preparation of invoices in Xero for customers for incoming cargo or as
authorized.
12. Entering of checks in the Xero
13. Entering customer payments in the Xero
14. Preparation of cash reports at the end of the day
15. Adjusting records in Asycuda to match with the tallies
16. Informing customers with goods arriving in the ferry terminal.
17. Assisting with the measurements and billing of the air cargo shipments.
18. Maintenance of petty cash and float
20. Preparation of manifests and bills of ladings for outgoing shipments
21. Any other tasks as assigned
