Peter’s Holdings Ltd. representing Nissan invites suitably interested candidates to apply for an opportunity to work in the position of Parts Supervisor with our dedicated Parts Team.
The key functions to be performed successfully are as follows:
KEY FUNCTIONS
Prepare and assist in the consolidation of parts orders.
Prepare and analyse monthly sales reports to determine strategy for increasing sales.
To monitor the administrative functions related to the sale of parts to ensure the support systems are functioning efficiently and effectively.
To coordinate in collaboration with the Parts Manager public relations, advertising and sales promotion activities in relation to new and existing products.
To participate in Performance Appraisals and any Company training activities.
To assist in managing the Parts Team to achieve agreed profit levels and Sales Targets.
To ensure high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints.
To ensure that the Workshop inquiries are processed expeditiously to meet customer expectations.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
An Associate Degree in Business Administration or Management OR
A Diploma in Inventory Management
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
Displayed knowledge of the automotive industry.
(5) Five years’ experience in a Parts Department.
