Peter’s Holdings Ltd. representing Nissan invites suitably interested candidates to apply for an opportunity  to work in the position of Sales & Marketing Manager with our dedicated Sales Team. 

The key functions to be performed successfully are as follows: 


KEY FUNCTIONS 

  • To develop strategic and operating plans for the department together with annual budgets for the Nissan brands. 

  • To analyze sales data, financial reports, and other performance metrics to make informed business  decisions and implement improvements. 

  • To coordinate public relations activities, advertising, and sales promotion activities in relation to  new and existing products. 

  • To purchase vehicles for sales according to the company policy and procedures.

  • To manage the Sales Team to achieve agreed profit levels and Sales Targets.

  • To participate in Performance Appraisals and any Company training activities. •

  • To ensure high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints.

  • To perform any other duties as directed by The General Manager. 


APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.

  • 5 Years experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the relevant  industry. 

  • Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.  

  • Excellent customer service skills  

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.  

  • Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines  and work under pressure. 

  • Displayed knowledge of the automotive industry
