SALES & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 

We are looking for the right fit


We are looking for a Sales & Administrative Assistant to join our team. The role demands attention to detail, strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic setting. 


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: 

  • Act as the primary contact for clients and visitors, handling client inquiries via calls and walk-ins, and offering necessary information 

  • Offer administrative assistance to the team 

  • Maintain the Brokerage system by updating and assisting agents in data entry to maintain accurate records 

  • Coordinate with external agents 

  • Prepare necessary documents and reports 


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THE FOLLOWING: 

  • Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities 

  • Enthusiasm for technology 

  • Strong motivation, proactivity, and adaptability 

  • Proficiency in computer software applications such as Microsoft and Adobe Programs Possession of a university degree or a relevant educational/practical qualification, along with a minimum of three years of experience in a comparable position
