SALES & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are looking for a Sales & Administrative Assistant to join our team. The role demands attention to detail, strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic setting.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Act as the primary contact for clients and visitors, handling client inquiries via calls and walk-ins, and offering necessary information
Offer administrative assistance to the team
Maintain the Brokerage system by updating and assisting agents in data entry to maintain accurate records
Coordinate with external agents
Prepare necessary documents and reports
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THE FOLLOWING:
Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities
Enthusiasm for technology
Strong motivation, proactivity, and adaptability
Proficiency in computer software applications such as Microsoft and Adobe Programs Possession of a university degree or a relevant educational/practical qualification, along with a minimum of three years of experience in a comparable position
