Marketing Executive
Purpose: To support the development and execution of The Cell’s marketing initiatives across their business operations. The Marketing Executive will assist in developing market strategy, campaign delivery, digital marketing, and brand-building activities to strengthen customer engagement, drive sales, and support overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support & Market Research
Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Conduct basic market research, competitor monitoring, and customer feedback gathering.
Support segmentation analysis to identify target audiences and opportunities.
Campaign Execution
Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Organization of promotional events, sponsorships, product launches, and brand activations.
Oversee creation of marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, video assets, and email campaigns.
Brand & Customer Engagement
Ensure consistent use of The Cell’s brand identity across all marketing activities.
Support customer loyalty and retention initiatives, including rewards programs and surveys.
Work closely with sales and customer service teams to align promotions with customer needs.
Digital Marketing & E-Commerce
Execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
Monitor and update website content to improve customer experience and drive conversions.
Use CRM tools to support lead generation, nurturing, and email marketing campaigns.
Stay updated with digital trends and emerging marketing technologies.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Analyze marketing performance metrics and customer feedback.
Prepare campaign, monthly and quarterly reports for review.
Recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness of campaigns.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with retail operations, and operations team to coordinate marketing initiatives.
Liaise with external vendors, media, and agencies to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications
3 years’ experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools is an asset
Familiarity with data analytics and reporting platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail, technology, or telecommunications.
Knowledge of e-commerce and online customer conversion strategies.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
