Procurement & Logistics Executive
Position Summary:
The Procurement & Logistics Executive is responsible for managing the company’s end-to-end procurement across 3 markets: St. Lucia, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, and Grenada, sourcing technology products and services. The role includes coordinating supplier relationships, assessing inventory requirements and preparing order requests for approval, overseeing shipping and logistics, and supporting accounting functions related to purchases and inventory, ensuring that products are sourced efficiently, delivered on time, and accurately recorded in company systems.. Key Responsibilities:
Source, negotiate, and procure technology products, mobile devices, accessories, and related services across three markets: St. Lucia, St. Vincent, and Grenada.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers, assisting in supplier management to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
Prepare purchase orders and related documentation for approval.
Coordinate shipping, delivery schedules, and logistics to support retail operations across all markets.
Monitor inventory levels at The Cell’s outlets and warehouses to prevent shortages or overstock.
Assist accounting with purchase orders, invoices, and supplier payments.
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.
Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Collaborate with retail, operations, and finance teams to forecast procurement needs and support business objectives.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience in procurement, logistics, preferably in retail or technology sectors.
Understanding of purchasing, shipping, and supplier management processes.
Basic accounting knowledge, particularly related to purchases and invoices.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office with emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
