
Vision Express is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at our Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with data entry of accounting information and resolution of discrepancies.
Filing of documents
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth flow of business operations.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining the confidentiality of financial information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with QuickBooks in an accounting capacity
Proficient in data entry, particularly focused on handling accounts-related documents.
Familiarity with accounting concepts and principles.
Strong attention to detail in financial calculations.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
