Location: Zoetry Marigot Bay St Lucia
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Key Responsibilities:
Support the Director of Culinary in daily kitchen operations.
Supervise and train kitchen staff.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Assist in menu planning and inventory management.
Maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
