Title: Human Resource Manager
Department: Administrative Department
Reports To: Human Resource Manager, Executive Director, CEO
Job Summary: Responsible for recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. Handling administrative tasks and contributing to making the company a better place to work.
Job Duties:
➢ Recruitment of new employees.
➢ Preparing job descriptions and advertising vacant positions.
➢ Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
➢ Manage employee records such as their attendance, vacation, and time off.
➢ Develop training and development programs.
➢ Ensure compliance with labour laws, rules, regulations, and best practices.
➢ Monitoring and advising employee performance.
➢ Any other duties assigned.
Education: Tertiary Education – BSc Human Resource Management/Business Management
Skills: Communication Skills, Writing Skills, Hiring Skills, Microsoft Office Skills
Experience: At least 3 year’s experience in the Administrative and HR field.
