CPJ St. Lucia a leading Food and Beverage Distribution company is actively searching for a dynamic individual to fill the position of DRIVER. The successful candidate will be driving company vehicles (including trucks) to be used in the delivery of goods and other products.
Primary Objectives:
Ensuring that the correct goods are loaded into the truck (quantity and size), is done by physically checking goods against invoices.
Any errors in picking and loading are highlighted and corrected before the goods are packed into the truck.
The truck or van always leaves with correct invoices with well packed or loaded.

Able to work under pressure (especially in peak periods)
Key Responsibilities
Deliver goods to customers and ensure that what the order is correct by checking goods against invoices with the receiver.
Any breakages or damages discovered when goods are being delivered to the customer are properly recorded and the correct documentation filled up.
Route is planned to ensure the minimum amount of time to do deliveries.
Driver drives with care and caution to ensure damages are minimum for products in his van/truck.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Secondary School Education
Passes in CXC in Mathematics and English
Safe driving record
Two (2) years of Warehouse operational knowledge would be an asset.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of driving experience
Valid driver’s license with endorsements for B, C, E
Defensive driving certificate
Forklift certification would be an asset.
