DSL Yachting is a reputable charter Company which boasts itself of its excellent service and meticulously maintained yachts.DSL Yachting is seeking for a Competent, Marine Electrician to complement its technical team.
Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:
To be self-sufficient in the Diagnose of faulty systems/ interpretation of error codes and messages, via online research or communication with manufacturers.
Manually building wiring systems by using Marine terminal technology applying Industry design and safety standards.
Proficient in AC current and DC current systems
Proficient in design and calculation of electrical Loads, resistance and layout of on board electrical systems.
Install and commission electric, electronic, WiFi, Radio transmitting and navigation systems.
Manage and train personnel.
Skills & Abilities:
Marine electrician with minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Marine/Yachting Industry trained and experienced in following Brands: Garmin, B&G, Simrad, Raymarine, Horizon, Fusion
Adept at planning, directing and administering technical programs.
Superior analytical and problem solving skills.
Exceptional skills in communicating effectively verbally and in writing and at establishing and maintaining working relationships with employees company personnel, and clients.
