Golden Eggs Farms Ltd. - Production Team Lead

Golden Eggs Farms Ltd. is currently looking for a Team Lead for our Production Department. The responsibility of the incumbent, would be to co-ordinate production activities and lead members of the department on a day to day basis.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Assisting with egg collection, washing and sorting.

• Evaluating the quality of the eggs produced before packaging.

• Ensuring that the end product to the customer is at the highest quality.

• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.

• Ensuring that the dress code and the proper gears are maintained at all times.

• Assist with writing reports, creating budgets and planning production goals, scheduling and keeping track of workers’ attendance.

• Establishing and maintaining a cordial relationship with Management and team members.

• Ensuring that the work space is cleaned before and after production.

• Any other work related assigned duties.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school education

• Computer proficiency in Microsoft word and excel

• Driver’s License (an asset, but not a requirement)

• Demonstrated leadership skills in a manufacturing/factory setting or related field 

• Previous supervisory training is a requirement

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
