Golden Eggs Farms Ltd. - Production Team Lead (Apply Now!!)

Golden Eggs Farms Ltd. is currently looking for a Team Lead for our Production Department. The responsibility of the incumbent, would be to co-ordinate production activities and lead members of the department on a day to day basis.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Ensuring that the work space is cleaned before and after production.

• Assisting with egg collection, washing and sorting.

• Quality Assurance.

• Evaluating the quality of the eggs produced before packaging.

• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.

• Ensuring that the dress code and the proper gears are maintained at all times.

• Write reports, assist with creating budgets and planning production goals, scheduling and keeping track of workers’ attendance.

• Establishing and maintaining a cordial relationship with Management and team members.

• Any other work related assigned duties 

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school education 

• Driver’s License 

• Demonstrated leadership skills in a manufacturing environment or related field 

• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
