Hibiscus Eco Tours is hiring an Assistant Manager (with room for promotion) to oversee its day to day operations from Roseau.

We are one of the largest and most successful cruise tour operators in Dominica operating for over 15 years.

Summary of position

Communication with cruise lines, local providers, government agencies and staff. Responsible for quality control and Covid procedures. Operate the office including some easy accounting responsibilities, product development and purchases of tour supplies. Local marketing for the tour company and marketing for Guesthouse.

Qualifications:

University degree, prior experience or a very compelling resume is needed to apply for this position.
