We're looking for a Supervisor to oversee daily store activities, support team development, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading by example, we’d love to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
Lead, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance goals
Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management and merchandising
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Assist in scheduling, training, and performance evaluations of staff
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards
Support the Store Manager in implementing company policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS
An Associates Degree in Business Management or a related field.
At least two years of proven experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team environment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
