M&C Ltd - Pensions Officer (Apply Now!!)

An opportunity exists to be part of M&C Ltd. Human Resource Team. We are looking for a qualified Pensions Officer with the ability to maintain accurate Pension Accounts for the Defined Benefit (DB) and the Defined Contribution (DC) Plans for all member companies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain all Pension Accounts for St. Lucia, Barbados, and the Eastern Caribbean islands.
Ensure that monthly billings reflect adequate compulsory, voluntary deductions, and employer contributions by Payroll for the EC territories.
Ensure that record keeping, and member data are accurately maintained.
Prepare and submit payment of administration fees quarterly.
Ensure that Pensioners payments are made, and accurate records are kept.
Ensure that the appropriate calculation for benefits is done accurately.
Follow up on outstanding pension option letters.
Provide Actuaries with required information annually.
Prepare and submit financial statements for plan and financial year end audits.
Ensure the reconciliation of Unit Statements.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, Actuarial Science or Finance with at least five (5) years’ experience in an Accounts and or Pension department.
Excellent time management, accounting, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
Excellent inter-personal and customer service skills.
Ability to adhere to deadlines.
