Experienced Chef & Cooks required
Someone with passion to cook with fresh quality ingredients.
Has significant exposure to a variety of different commercial kitchens.
Work with small team of 3-4 local chefs.
To ensure that legal and company requirements are adhered to in respect of Hygiene, Health & Safety for all staff and customers.
To ensure that all dishes are presented to the highest standard.
Significant experience of working in a commercial kitchen.
Up-to-date knowledge of local food trends and culinary techniques.
Stock checking and making sure all food is labelled.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Prior experience in a professional Food & Beverage
