
Peter’s Holdings Ltd. representing Nissan invites suitably interested candidates to apply for an opportunity to work in the position of Parts Sales Clerk with our dedicated Parts Department.
The key functions to be performed successfully are as follows:
KEY FUNCTIONS
• To sell parts and automotive materials, accessories and products to customers.
• To check, invoice and deliver parts to the workshop mechanics.
• To prepare workshop estimates and quotations for external and export customers. • To participate in all stocktaking and stock-check exercises when required including the annual stocktaking.
• To ensure high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints. • To perform any other related duties as directed by the Parts Brand Manager
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Five (5) CXC certificates inclusive of English Language and Mathematics.
• Three (3) years work experience in an Automotive Parts Department.
• Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
