Implement marketing trends, research consumer markets and competitive activities and conduct consumer insights to identify opportunities, key issues and areas of investment.

Conduct brand sales analysis to understand performance and document brand trends ensuring corrective actions are developed and implemented.
Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals. (ROI and KPI’s).
Achieve and monitor monthly sales and gross profit targets in keeping with departmental objectives.
Implementing measures to address shortfalls.
Prepare draft forecasts and budget proposals.
To administer approved A&P budgets in collaboration with suppliers, business unit manager, or group Product Manager, ensuring that all expenses are accounted for and tracked.
Monitor and report all competitive activity on the trade through regular trade visits, including appropriate tactical initiatives to counteract such activity and assess distribution levels and shelf presence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Marketing or related field.
A minimum of three (3) years' experience in a FMCG company.
Relevant combination of training and Experience.
