GENERAL RESPONSIBILTIES
Receive Customer orders via telephone for processing.
Answer telephone in a friendly and Courteous manner.
Take orders accurately and document customer’s information correctly.
Maintain Current Information on stock Availability.
Receive and handle Customers’ internal/External queries and complaints promptly, effectively and professionally.
Maintain and update information on customers.
Assist with company stock take.
Skills & EXPERIENCE:
Five (5) CXC’s including Mathematics, English.
At least one(1) year experience in tele-sales/customer service industry.
Computer literate.
Must show initiative and innovative ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Must have effective Oral and written communication skills .
Ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet deadlines daily.
Ability to work with persons to achieve goals, and help in creating an environment that recognizes, supports and respects each other.
