Petrus Private Bank Limited-Securities Operations Associate

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Securities Operations Associate to join our high-performing Operations team. In this role, you'll oversee the full post-trade lifecycle from instruction management to settlement and reconciliation across a range of investment products including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and structured

instruments.

Responsibilities Include:

• Process and manage securities trades (subscriptions, redemptions, FOP, etc.)

• Liaise with custodians, brokers, and asset managers to ensure timely settlement

• Support relationship managers with trade updates and client queries

• • Monitor settlement status, reconcile transactions, and manage exceptions

• • Ensure full compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards (AML, KYC,

• FATCA, CRS)

Requirements:

• Experience in securities operations, trade settlement, or back-office functions

• Strong understanding of post-trade processes and financial instruments

• Familiarity with SWIFT messaging and regulatory protocols

• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a risk-aware mindset

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure
