About the Role
Renwick & Company Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Divisional Manager to lead a sales department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that align with the company’s overall strategic plan, ensuring growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the company’s strategic plan with a focus on sales objectives and initiatives of assigned brands.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Engage with suppliers to ensure their needs are met and maintain strong relationships.
Lead the order acquisition process, ensuring adequate supply while minimizing oversupply.
Oversee product pricing in line with company policy to drive demand and maximize profit margins.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
Monitor departmental KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present to the Managing Director
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth and enhance client satisfaction.
Job Requirements & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or relevant field of study.
Extensive knowledge and expertise in the product distribution
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a leadership role.
Background in sales & marketing, retail, or project management will be an asset.
