Previous experience and qualifications in the real estate field
Able to work independently or part of a Team
Excellent written English
Social media skills an advantage
The position is full time, and will involve some weekend work.
The realtor team are jointly responsible for listing properties, working on the websites and social media, dealing with phone and online enquiries, plus dealing with long term rentals and property sales.
Regular office administration will be part of the job.
Basic salary plus commission, so an ability to relate to clients, and follow through on all leads is essential.
St Lucia Homes office is based at Bois D'orange, so a home base in the North of the island will make the position easier on daily travelling
