
We are looking for a Sales & Administrative Assistant to join our Terra Caribbean (Real Estate Brokerage & Valuations) team! This position requires an individual who has an eye for detail, enjoys multi-tasking, has excellent time management and organizational skills, and wants to work in a dynamic environment.
SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Be the first point of contact for clients & visitors
Provide administrative support to the team
Update Brokerate system and assist the agents with entering data to ensure accuracy of all records
Assist with client enquiries (calls & walk-ins) – provide clients with information as needed
Liaise with external agents – prepare letters and ensure all co-broke listings are up to date
Prepare documents & reports as required
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THE FOLLOWING:
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Passionate about technology
Highly motivated, proactive & adaptable
Proficiency in computer software applications e.g. Microsoft & Adobe Programmes
A university degree or related educational/practical qualification with at least (3) years experience in a similar role
