
We are looking for a Real Estate Valuer who is eager to grow and contribute to our dynamic and expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
The Real Estate Valuer will be responsible for the conduct of all tasks involved in the provision of the Firm’s valuation services, as well as contribute to the Firm’s Thought & Growth Leadership initiatives. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conducting property inspections including taking measurements and photographs
Documenting the property finishes – exterior and interior
Completing valuation analyses and preparation of Valuation reports for a range of residential and commercial properties – land and improved properties
Capturing and analysing real estate activity within the marketplace

Must be flexible, self-motivated and a team player
Must be able to multitask, work under pressure and with limited supervision
Must possess a commitment to good service and client satisfaction
Must be detail-oriented and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Must be able to utilize the appropriate computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite,
Google Earth and other proprietary programs
Required Experience and Qualifications
University Degree/Diploma in Property Valuation, Civil Engineering, Land or Quantity
Surveying, Estate Management or a related discipline and a minimum of 5 years experience
Membership in one or more of the following real estate bodies is beneficial but not mandatory: RICS, AIC or ASA
Candidates working in the industry for ten years or more and currently in pursuit of the professional qualifications will also be considered
