Overview

Seeking applicants interested in the culinary industry and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities 

• Pre preparing meals by chopping, bagging, separating and storing ingredients

• Assisting the chef on duty in preparing any dish as needed as well as assisting him or her with any other task he or she may require related to the service.

• Cleaning all areas of the kitchen, cafe and any appliances when necessary including washing up wares during service.

Qualifications 

• Willingness to take directions.

• Ability to stay focused in a fast paced environment under pressure

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

• Experience is NOT required
