Job Summary

Vision Express Company Ltd. is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Inventory Personnel to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining efficient inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock management, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting multiple departments to keep daily operations running smoothly. This position requires a motivated individual who is detail oriented, physically capable of handling shipments, and able to thrive in a fast paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records across multiple product categories.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely processing and replenishment of stock.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
Handle distribution and logistics for goods delivered to various company locations.
Assist with shelf packing, labeling, organization, and stock rotation.
Collaborate with various departments to fulfill product requests efficiently.
Monitor inventory trends and identify fast moving and slow moving products to assist with purchasing decisions and profitability.
Assist with receiving shipments from ports, including offloading, organizing, and safely handling of goods.
Carry out delivery runs and support operational tasks for various departments to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
Respond promptly to urgent and emergency inventory requests throughout the day.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or stock management is considered an asset.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physically capable of lifting and handling shipments when required.
Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems are preferred.
A valid driver’s license is required.
