Vision Express Optical is seeking a dynamic team player to join our team in the position of a Customer Service Representative. (Male or Female)

Qualifications and Experiences : 

• Five (5) CXC’s including Mathematics, English.

• Computer literate.

• Great communication skills.

• Must show initiative and innovative ability to work efficiently under pressure.

• Must have effective Oral and written communication skills .

Responsibilities:

• Ability to be Meet daily and monthly targets.

• Provide excellent customer service

• Excellent phone etiquette.

• Attend to customers queries, concerns and calls.

• Upselling/Cross selling products and service.
