Vision Express - Telemarketing Agent

Vision Express is seeking an ambitious, determined and focused individual to fill the following position in the Telemarketing Department.

Telemarketing is the process of selling products or a service over the telephone.  It is also referred to as inside sales or telesales.

Telemarketing Agent

• Candidate must possess a pleasant and friendly personality;

• Must have the ability to work as part of a team;

• Must be able to use own initiative;

• Must be able to work under pressure;

• Must be able to meet a daily target.

Qualifications and Experience

• Two (2) years working experience in a similar field or area;

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint;

• Exemplary phone etiquette;

• Proper verbal and written communication skills;

• Tidy and professional demeanor;

• Strong organizational skills.
