• Capable of implementation, support, maintenance, repair and protection of data and computer systems

• Regularly analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems,

• Some familiarity with healthcare system ( Dr Chrono is our present system ) Patient  data compliance and medical privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA or similar) is critical. Back up systems and secure data recall essential.

• Systems integration between various departments, clinics and locations 

• Source and implement cost effective and user friendly software, for both equipment usage and different clinics and departments

• Maintenance and  economical and timely  replacement of all hardware 

• Troubleshooting telephone problems, or new installations 

• Assisting all staff in the full accurate use of various point of sale systems , and patient online record system. Strong communication skills in a multicultural environment is important.

• Installation and maintenance and troubleshooting of security cameras and security systems 

• Telemedicine and virtual tool familiarity with remote consultation platforms and secure video systems could benefit future service models.

• Sourcing and purchasing all equipment and system relevant to the above 

• Secure administration of emails, 365 and all Microsoft applications 

• As needed installation of customer friendly TV systems  and music systems  

• Availability after hours for emergency support

Whilst the above  aspects of the job have absolute priority, other relevant skills on website maintenance, graphics, Ai, etc are useful additions, to the full time position available clarify in the application.
