Director of Sales
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in all-inclusive or resort segments.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of exceeding revenue and market share goals.
Ability to lead diverse teams and foster a culture of performance and accountability.
Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus).
Advanced handling of the Office suite.
Teamwork.
Focus on meeting objectives.
Excellent handling of interpersonal relationships.
Creativity and innovation.
Assertive communication.
Public relations skills.
