The Bank of Saint Lucia Limited is a dynamic and professional financial services institution that is currently seeking applications for suitably qualified individuals to fill the position of:

ATM & Computer Hardware Technician I

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as a contact person for all ATM and point-of-sale (POS) related business.
Resolve issues at each ATM site whether they are technical or functional.
Develop a schedule for preventative and regular maintenance of all ATMs.
Recommend a stock of spare parts to perform repairs and maintenance of the Bank’s ATMs.
Prepare reports following visits to Branches for ATM preventative/corrective maintenance or other equipment repairs.
Assist in the enhancement and management of the Bank’s existing network of computers and printers.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
A minimum of two (2) years’ related experience.
Professional certification in CompTIA Network+ and A+
