Position: Entertainment Coordinator

Location: Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa, Saint Lucia

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:

The Entertainment Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering a diverse range of entertainment activities for guests. This role ensures a vibrant, engaging, and memorable guest experience by coordinating daily and nightly programs, special events, and themed activities in alignment with the resort’s standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist with organizing and carrying out daily entertainment activities and events

• Participate in activities such as live shows, themed nights, beach games, and guest engagement programs • Promote entertainment activities to guests and encourage participation

• Interact with guests to create a fun and welcoming environment

• Support the team in ensuring activities are carried out safely and in line with resort standards • Assist with basic announcements and on-stage activities when required

• Gather and share guest feedback to help improve activities

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Willingness to work flexible hours (day and night, including weekends and public holidays) • Ability to stand for extended periods

• Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, or customer service is an asset

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality

• Ability to participate in sports and recreational activities (e.g., volleyball)

• Ability to engage with guests of all ages and backgrounds

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Interest in hosting, performing, or public speaking

• Team-oriented and cooperative
