Position Overview

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Office Operations Specialist to handle daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our charter office. This role is central to our business, coordinating bookings, guest communications, and internal administration. The position requires leadership skills, flexibility and the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient workflow of daily operations

• Manage booking procedures from inquiry to charter completion

• Handle correspondence with guests, staff, and business partners

• Coordinate schedules and operational logistics

• Maintain accurate records, contracts, and payment tracking

• Ensure high standards of customer service at all times

• Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively

• Support marketing and promotional activities as needed

• Assist manager with projects during low season

  
  

Requirements

• An Associate Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Travel and Tourism

• Several years of work experience in the hospitality or travel industry is required

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Professional and customer-focused attitude

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in MS Office, social media and booking systems

• Flexible availability (holidays and weekends required)
